纳斯达克股票市场终于圆了“横渡大西洋"的美梦。
上周五，纳斯达克宣布出价37亿美元，与瑞典斯德哥尔摩期权交易所集团(omx)达成并购协议，组建一个价值71亿美元的跨大西洋证券交易平台。
纳斯达克与omx合并组成新的纳斯达克omx集团，纳斯达克股东将获得新公司72%的股权，omx股东共拥有新公司28%的股权。纳斯达克的总裁兼首席执行官罗伯特?格雷费尔德出任新公司的首席执行官。在新公司交易所挂牌的上市公司接近4000家，总市值达到5.5万亿美元。
根据上周五纳斯达克与omx发布的联合公告，并购通过现金加股权的方式进行，用0.502股纳斯达克股票加上94.3克朗换取1股omx的股票。根据上周三纳斯达克的每股33.19美元的收盘价计算，并购omx的价值约合37亿美元，并较上周三omx股票的收盘价溢价19%。这宗并购案有望在今年第四季度完成。
